We can scan commercial and residential properties and spaces using advanced 360 degree cameras suitable for creating Matterport tours to provide customers with a 360 walk through of a property, just like being there in real life.
What is a virtual tour?
We use cutting edge virtual tour technology and offer hosting for virtual tours which customers can navigate from the comfort of their armchair at home.
The 3D virtual tour is compatible with all the major online property portals, such as; Rightmove, Zoopla, AirBnB and various other portals and can be embedded in your own website and added on Google Street View. These scanners are suited for both interior and exterior projects, including land and development sites.
There are also a number of other platforms out there for those looking for something different and our 3D cameras allow us to work with a variety of 3D tour providers or even create a bespoke solution for hosting and navigating your tour.
why create a matterport virtual tour?
With a Matterport virtual tour you can:
- Walk around the interior of a property, navigating using a range of ‘hot spots’. This reduces the need for in person viewings until a customer is convinced that a property will fit the bill.
- Floor Plan & Dolls House Views allow customers to understand the layout and relationship of spaces to one another.
- Feature key selling points visually on the virtual tour and provide information about property features.
- Use virtual reality headsets to view the space.
What is Included?
The price of the 360 Matterport Tours depends on the size of the property which is being photographed and edited into a tour. Regardless, all of our pricing includes:
- 3 months hosting**
- Each room / space will have 2 – 10 scans (depending on size)
- All rooms are connected and produced as a complete virtual tour and 3D model
- High resolution photos can be taken from any scanned point on request (£20 per image)
- Free to use on your website (can be embedded)
- Free to share the link on any platform
- Compatible with Google Cardboard and Gear VR Virtual Reality Goggles
- Tag special features with highlight spots
- Approx. 30 minutes to 2 hours photoshoot depending on size of space
- Up to 2 hrs total travel time from SG1 included (£35 per hour thereafter)
